Chisai Kitten & Accessories

This is such a fun project to make! It works up really quickly and it’s so cute!

I made a few tiny changes: no join+ch in the end but rather continued around – just out of habit really – and I thought the tail turned out a bit flat, so made an additional row, folded and stitched together, leaving the last two st open to sew onto the body.

Her tail is made two toned; the last three ch in a darker brown. Her little basket is made with a slightly thicker, gradient yarn, giving it the subtle colour variances. The ball of yarn is a speckled white/blue/brown yarn to give it some variety.

I had to change the fish a little bit as my yarn was slightly thinner; just adding a few additional ch at the tail, a sc to secure it in the middle, and looped the yarn around the tail a couple of times to give it a more noticeable fish shape.
