Charmander is definitely my favourite Pokémon project so far! I was a bit hesitant to start, partly because I had no orange yarn, but also because I felt that the eyes needed embroidery to look like Charmander.
In the end, I’m really pleased with how he turned out though! The eyes do look a bit wonky in the photos, and they’re not perfect, but sooo much better than I thought they’d be.
No improvising – followed the pattern precisely 🙂
